hi all sorry havent been to class kidney trouble started up again along with the sickness this time yet again even though i have been a good girl and drinking lots and lots of water hopefully fingers crossed the 3 of us will be training wednesday night whats happening about whos bring wot to eat on friday or do i just bring heaps of corned beef pies along
hi all see you all next wednesday couldnt train this week laura has a really bad cough that is also affecting her Asthma agim has torn the ligaments in his knee the drs think and he will be going to durham hospital for physiopherpy i know he said on grading day he thought he had done something to it while training how ever he says he will be back training next wednesday, me well just the same kidney trouble but at least i am not been sick all over the place i can put up with the pain just thought id let every one know that where not Skiving Off lol and will be back next week
yes well done all and thanks to sensei ruth and micheal and sensei steve, for all there hard work getting everyone ready for the grading both agim and laura slept well last night both where worn out lol, there will be a big homemade corned beef pie for you on wednesday night for that
Just like to say how much I enjoyed the training with Sensei Harford today, really easy to follow and learn from. But we must also pass our thanks onto Sensei Ruth and Michael, not forgetting Sensei Steve, for their patience in training all of us for this grading CHEERS
